Organic and non-organic grains are available in bulk including many kinds of white rice, brown rice, sushi and other specialty rice, oats, barley, spelt, quinoa, kamut, amaranth, and more.

Our bulk section also offers a wide variety of beans and lentils, granolas and cereals, flours and sugars, and honeys and maple syrups.

All your typical foods are available including nuts and dried fruits, unrefined oils, pastas, breads, hot and cold cereals, canned and frozen foods, and juices.

We also carry world foods such as seaweeds and miso, kimchee, sauerkraut, pita and nan bread, pad thai, papadams, soul food, and much more. We have a section specifically for asian foods including Thai, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, and Indian foods.

Over 100 varieties of cooking herbs and spices, teas, medicinal herbs, and more are available in bulk, for purchase by the spoonful or the pound!

Many essential oils are also available in our health section.
